What can you find on the BeetleParadise website?

Under the "Webshop" menu, there are three submenus:

  • Arthropods, containing the list of live animals;
  • Products & Accessories, related to animal care and breeding;
  • Taxidermy, exclusively featuring non-living specimens for collecting purposes.

How can you shop on the website?

  1. Browse the webshop and select the desired products.

  2. Add them to your cart.

  3. If you're done browsing, click on the cart icon in the top right corner of the website to review your selected items.

  4. If you are satisfied with your chosen products, click on the Checkout button.

  5. Fill out the necessary information for billing and shipping.

  6. Choose the preferred shipping method.

  7. Choose the preferred payment method.

  8. Review your order and accept the Terms and Conditions; you can also subscribe to the newsletter if you wish.

  9. Complete the order.

  10. You will automatically receive a confirmation email to the provided email address.

  11. If you chose a bank transfer, the email will contain the necessary details for the transfer.

  12. We process and prepare your order for shipping, and simultaneously send you the invoice.

  13. If you selected home delivery, you will receive a notification from the courier service via email on the day before the package is delivered.
    If you opted for delivery to a parcel locker or collection point, the courier service will inform you as soon as your package arrives, and you will find the pickup code in the email.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that when placing an order, you also assume the payment obligation. In the case of a bank transfer, the payment deadline is 5 business days. It is necessary to transfer the amount to the specified bank account within this time frame. Please note that failure to meet the payment deadline will result in exclusion, and we will not be able to accept any further orders from you in the future.

Please note that any errors in data entry can be corrected by going back to the data entry point before pressing the "Complete Order" button. After completing the order, if you notice any data entry errors, please contact us at within the customer service opening hours.

It is not possible to modify an already placed order. If you wish to make changes to your order, contact us by every Friday within the customer service opening hours. In this case, we can cancel your order, and you can place a new one.

Shipping is exclusively done on Mondays. Orders placed by Saturday midnight will be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders received on Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday after the next week. On days preceding public holidays and non-working days, no packages will be sent to avoid unnecessary storage at courier companies.

Please pay special attention to providing accurate contact information when placing your order. We do not take responsibility for delays and issues during delivery caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

The purchase and delivery of live animals are solely the responsibility of the buyer. There is no possibility of a refund for the ordered live arthropods under any circumstances.

Depending on the weather conditions, animals can be ordered with a Heat Pack and Styrofoam box for temperatures below 10°C. The cost of these additional items is not included in the packaging fee. This product is available in the online store under the name Winter Shipping Package. Placing them in the cart is the responsibility of the buyer. If immediate use is required, please pay attention to this in the Cart section!
